Morris County Organization for Hispanic Affairs
The Morris County Organization for Hispanic Affairs offers a federally funded program called The Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP). This program provides assistance to households with limited income who pay their fuel suppliers directly or pay rent that includes heat.

If you live in Sussex, Hunterdon or Somerset Counties, assistance from NORWESCAP is available. Their Housing and Energy Services program provides assistance with heating and cooling expenses to the low-income community.
